Job Description / Duties

The Residence Education Coordinator is a live-off residence life staff, supervising 3 student Residence Education Facilitators. Reporting to the Manager, Residence Life & Education, the REC is responsible for developing and coordinating our Residence Learning Model which is founded on a curricular approach. The REC plays a vital role in the enhancement of Trent’s 10 Living-Learning Communities and working with various campus partners to ensure the success of each LLC. This position is also responsible for coordinating student staff hiring, training and advising our College Residence Councils.

Salary: $57,238 - $67,578
