Cancellations received by the OACUHO office before May 12 are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations received after May 12 are non-refundable.
Substitutions can be made until May 23, 2025.
EARLY BIRD rates only available until May 12, and REGISTRATION closes on May 23.
