We are happy to announce that we are officially accepting learning experience proposals for the 2026 Winter Conference at Western University! Learning experience proposal submissions will close December 1st, 2025 at 9am.  

Please encourage your student staff to bring forth their insights and submit their proposals. We are looking forward to learning what amazing ideas will be shared. The Learning Experience Proposal Submissions can be submitted at the Submission Form Link 

Learning Experience Important Dates: 

• Proposal Submissions Opens: Wednesday, November 5th 
• Proposal Submissions Closes: Monday, December 1st 
• Proposal Results: Friday, December 12th
