Queen’s University is incredibly excited to welcome you to our campus for the OACUHO Spring Conference from May 26 – 29, 2025!

This year’s conference theme, “Building Community Together”, embodies our commitment to fostering strong and supportive connections through mutual respect, responsibility, and prioritizing the well-being of our community members.

The OACUHO Spring Conference is one of the largest opportunities for us to connect as an association, and we look forward to creating space for learning, networking, growth, and fun. Over the next few weeks, we will be highlighting the keynote speakers, learning experiences, social events, and more!

Check out the preliminary schedule to learn more about the experiences you’ll have at the conference. A few highlights to look forward to include:

  • Drag Queen Bingo with Rowena Whey: Enjoy a lively and engaging evening featuring a drag performance alongside bingo
  • High Tea at University Club: A sophisticated and relaxed alternative happening simultaneously, offering an elegant tea experience.
  • Dinner & Boat Cruise Experience:
    • Enjoy dinner in Downtown Kingston, followed by a scenic sightseeing cruise in Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence River
  • Optional Local Tours: Explore historic Kingston with tours of Kingston Penitentiary and Fort Henry in the afternoon.

Registration is Now Open! Take advantage of early bird pricing until April 25! The deadline to register is May 2, 2025.

Stay tuned for more information about learning experiences, the venue, and additional details on the OACUHO website in the coming days.
