Conferences > Spring Conference: Queen's 2025 > Accommodation

Conference delegates will be staying in Endaayaan – Tkanónsote. Queen’s newest 334-bed student residence building, opened in 2022 and has Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification, along with features such as a nap room with private nap pods, prayer room with 2 ablution stations, study rooms, animal-washing station, indoor bike and sports equipment storage.

We look to honour Queen’s relationships with Indigenous peoples, as we prioritize reconciliation, with naming the residence with an Indigenous name to complement the teaching elements of Indigenous cultures, like the Two Row Wampum and the Turtle Shell featured in the outdoor courtyard gathering space.

Endaayaan – Tkanónsote (pronounced End-ah-yawn – t-gaw-noon-so-day) is on Albert Street, South of Union Street on a site that was previously occupied by five university-owned houses. This is a unique building for Queen's University with lots to learn and discover.
