Job Description / Duties

The AD, Residence Admin will provide oversight of our Residence Admin team (Occupancy, Operations, Communications/Marketing, Project Manager, and Facilities). This position will also work with our partners in Facilities to plan and execute a multi-year, multi-million-dollar renovation plan. This position participates in a senior-level on-call.

Key responsibilities include: planning and implementing key pieces of Student Housing Master Plan, guiding and planning multi-year renovation plan, setting strategic
direction for residence administration operations and planning, including Occupancy Management and planning housing renewal, continuous improvement, overseeing assessment and service review projects and initiatives related to SHRL operations; and developing long-range plans and implementation strategies.

The incumbent works with the Director and committees in developing operational and strategic plans, supports and services, establishing departmental goals and objectives and the department’s long-range plan.
