Frequently Asked Questions
- All delegates will be staying at the beautiful Humber Lakeshore campus. Delegate rates assume shared accommodations- which means everyone will have their own bedroom and will share a washroom and kitchenette with another delegate. The rooms layout can be seen here. All accommodations assume double occupancy unless there is an accommodation request for us to consider.
- You can pick your suitemates or we will assign based on everyone’s gender inclusive profile.
- The price of the conference includes all meals from Monday night’s welcome dinner to the Friday lunch to go. This means 4 breakfasts, 4 lunches, and 4 dinners with us.
- The cost of all the socials and transportation to and from the socials is also included in the cost of registration.
- The host committee will also set up a hospitality suite in residence and around some breaks to ensure that all the delegates are hydrated and (hopefully) well fed.
- It is not mandatory to attend all socials, although we would really recommend the Lakeshore walk and board games, the Blue Jays game, the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) tour, and the very special banquet we have planned.
- Yes, we’re really excited to showcase some of the most popular and unique things Toronto can offer!
- The only cost not included in registration is attendants’ wanting to buy food or beverages at a social.
- Parking can be purchased at the time of registration (and will be available with registration) or paid on site at Humber College for $10/day.
- We’ll be sending all delegates an email 1-2 weeks before the conference with some packing recommendations, parking information, and anything else you need to know!
