Job Description / Duties
The Residence Community Standards Coordinator (RCSC) will resolve the majority of incident reports for the residence system through informal resolution and the conduct process outlined in our Residence Community Living Standards (RCLS).
The RCSC will also take the lead on developing and implementing preventative programming and general health promotion initiatives for the residence.
Qualifications / Required Skills
Experience Required: Minimum of (2) years of experience in a professional Residence Life, Student Affairs or related field position (e.g., Social Work, Child and Youth Work, Community and Student Development, Social Services Work, etc).
Lived experience and/or demonstrated experience supporting students who have historically faced barriers (e.g., women, non-binary students, racialized students, etc.) is considered an asset.
Education: Recognized College Diploma or University Degree or combination of education and in industry-related experience
Additional Information
This is a full-time permanent position that participates in an on-call rotation. Living on-site is welcome but optional.
The RCSC will be expected to work a mix of daytime, evening, weekday, and weekend hours as required.

Salary: $52,500-55,000 per year
