Job Description / Duties

Reporting to the Director, Residence Life & the Student Experience the incumbent is responsible for the direction and administration of the residence life program at all on-campus properties operated by Campus Living Centres. This position is critical in the development and implementation of the Residence Life program, who’s aim is to be recognized in Canadian student affairs as the model program for a cost-efficient operation that achieves a high standard of community living, student engagement, and retention. This position will have a special focus on the development and implementation of a mental health strategy to ensure CLC strives to meet the evolving diverse and dynamic needs of students.

The Campus Living Centres Residence Life program supports the academic mission of our partner institutions in post-secondary education, striving to increase student engagement, student retention, and ultimately student success. To achieve this goal the purpose of the Residence Life program is to create an environment that is supportive of the academic, social, and residential needs of the post-secondary students living within our residence communities. The Residence Life program promotes a high standard of community living that facilitates positive and directed student development. Qualifications / Required Skills

University degree required, Master’s degree or higher preferred.
Minimum of 5 years industry experience or equivalent management experience.
Valid Driver’s License, this position includes a company car and gas card.
