The University of Ottawa is excited to be hosting the Residence Life Conference for the 2023-2024 academic year. We believe that the OACUHO Residence Life Conference provides unparalleled opportunities for student staff and student leaders to further develop personally and professionally, learn from and collaborate with their peers, and build a lasting and meaningful connection to the Association.

Conference attendees will have the opportunity to stay in the heart of Ottawa’s vibrant downtown, with room bookings available at the Novotel Ottawa City Centre Hotel. Located minutes from Ottawa’s Byward Market, Parliament Hill and the University of Ottawa’s campus, conference attendees will experience a truly bilingual city and university setting. Additionally, participants will get to experience all that the University of Ottawa has to offer, by participating in learning experience sessions in our Learning Crossroads building, taking part in social events in our STEM complex, and enjoying a banquet dinner and celebration in the Huguette Labelle Hall.

In order to manage attendance, institutions are limited to the number of delegates based on their staff size.  Student delegate limits are as follows:

• Institutions with 1-29 Residence Life Staff members may register up to 4 delegates
• Institutions with 30-60 Residence Life Staff members may register up to 6 delegates
• Institutions with 61-99 Residence Life Staff members may register up to 8 delegates
• Institutions with over 100 Residence Life Staff members may register up to 10 delegates

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by 5pm on Friday November 3 are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations received after November 3 are not eligible for a refund.

Substitutions are accepted at any time.
